In a federation like Nigeria, development and growth of the country does not only depends on the leadership of the president who is at the center. State governors are also key in ensuring growth and development. In my view, leadership at the state level is even more important than that of the central government because Nigeria is a heterogeneous nation with different tribes and culture. Over the years, all the states in Nigeria have been ruled by different people. The Vice Chancellor Federal University Dutsanma Prof. Armaya’u Hamisu Bichi has condoled with the Emir of Katsina, Alh. (Dr) Abdulmumini Kabir Usman over the death of Alhaji Abdulkadir Nuhu, who until his death was the Kauran Katsina and District head Rimi local government.  Prof. Bichi prayed for the reposed of the soul of the deceased and his family the fortitude to hear the irreparable loss. He prayed to Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest and to console the Emir of Katsina, the Emirate and the entire people of the state over the death. Prof Bichi who equally holds the traditional title of Wazirin Malaman Katsina bestowed on him by the emir of katsina described the death as a great loss not only to the Emirate but the state and Country at large.
