REFUTE: FRIVOLOUS, MISCHIEVOUS, FALSE PUBLICATION MAKING THE ROUNDS ON SAHARA REPORTERS





Our attention has been drawn to a frivolous, mischievous, false and highly embarrassing publication making the rounds on online newspaper “SAHARA REPORTERS” dated 28th September 2021 and captioned “How AGF Malami, Emefiele, Kemi Adeosun, Ex-Governor Yari Diverted N19billion Paris Club Legal Service Fees” approved as legal fees by President Muhammadu Buhari to Joe Agi, SAN.

It is unfortunate that an esteemed newspaper has not got its publication right and every effort we have made to contact the Editors had not yielded positive result to state our own side of the story.

A publication under this heading was earlier published in SAHARA REPORTERS.
However, an unscrupulous publisher has gone ahead to include paragraphs of totally untrue matter published and posted on his online newspaper. 
We the North-West Peoples Forum for Good Governance hereby refutes this publication as frivolous, mischievous and totally false.

Our findings revealed to us that the The AGF is not involved in any fraud rather the the Attorney General has achieved massive development and repositioning judiciary system in Nigeria for which he is being applauded.
The board  has not suspended anybody in recent time, except those involved in 
  violating a civil service and the board policy …

Therefore the information is totally incorrect.

“The publisher Omoleye Showore engaged in Fake publications which are corrupting the world of journalism —and influencing real news”

“We want the public to know that the deliberate publication of fake news by any media organisation or online network is an aberration in journalism practice. And such sophist intentions and dissemination of falsehood to the people through the virtual media, social media and old media is a depravity against humanity to spread mischief, acrimony, crises, disease, corruption, and squalor. It is total negation of journalism values and news values”. 

“Anything fake or any information that is based on falsehood cannot be regarded as News. If it is news, it must be based on Truth and Facts. If it is news, it must be new. If it is news, it must be based on actualities. If it is news, it must be based on evidences. If it is news, it must be fair. If it is news, it must be based on realities. If it is news, it must not be based on vendetta. If it is news, it must not be hoax. If it is news, it must not be fallacy. If it is news, it must not be innuendoes”.

The general public are hereby advised to disregard this virulent false and embarrassing publication in the Sahara Reporters.

Mischief makers, detractors and enemies of the AGF ABUBAKAR MALAMI must realize that their campaign of calumny against the the him has failed.  The AGFas the minister of Justice remains a spectacular success story and nothing can change all the evidence of dramatic progress and development in the past and present.
Also, we knew the sponsors and those that are behind the frivolous, mischievous and fake publications.

Therefore, if the jaguar or junk publisher think he is above the law, nobody that can claim to be above the law of the land, we drawn a battle line.
