KADA: Marvelous Achievements With Four Month's of Muhammad Rili

Every organization or institution that is thriving is obviously blessed with a good leader. The Kaduna State Agricultural Development Agency is indeed thriving because a man with a remarkable ability is at the helms of affairs. That person is Muhammad Rili Esq.



Between 24th August, 2023 to date when Muhammad Rili Esq, took over the mantle of leadership as the General Manager, the Kaduna Agricultural Development Agency (KADA), has witnessed more Agricultural development.

Investigation conducted by teaming journalists has shown that significant achievements have been achieved in under the present administration of MUHAMMAD RILI.

A team of journalists concerned with the development of agriculture particularly in the North visited the agency, in Kaduna, were they assess the achievements made so far under the able leadership of  Muhammad Rili Esq.


It is however good to point out right here the secret behind the accomplishments. On assuming duty he began by appreciating the efforts and contributions of his predecessors who laid solid foundation in the agency. This he did by thorough study of the available records at his disposal and physical inspection of existant policies, programs and structures in the agency.



That gave him full insight and sense of direction of how to move the agency to another level of development. It was from there he identified the most important and urgent needs of the agency, and the need to improve the condition of service by devising more ways of improving good working relationship and welfare of the entire members of staff.



To be specific, it is good to note that the giant effort and proper consultation with relevant authorities put in place by the general manager had attracted the attention of the State Executive Governor Uba Sani, where approved the release of funds which will cover the activities of the agency.



Muhammad Rili, his administration has embarked on empowering farmers, developing market access, and promoting sustainable practices, improving agricultural productivity through the introduction of modern farming techniques, access to quality seeds and fertilizers, and the promotion of efficient irrigation farming. 



Under his able leadership, the agency has developed mobile applications to provide farmers with crucial information on weather patterns, market prices, and best agricultural practices. 



Also, farmers have been empowered through training, and frequent workshops, seminars, and skill development Programme to equip farmers with modern Agricultural technology.



Effective coordination and collaboration with stakeholders are essential for the success of Rili’s initiatives.


Muhammad Rili’s 4 months in office have marked a turning point  in the Kaduna Agricultural Development Agency.



His dedication, visionary leadership, and commitment to the agricultural sector have set the stage for a promising future.



His transformative initiatives hold great potential to bring about positive and lasting change, benefiting farmers across kaduna state.

 

 The man has laid a solid foundation, which indicates a flourishing transformation in the Agency. 



In his bid to entrench transperent, responsive and all inclusive administration in the agency (KADA), the GM operates open-door policy with listening ears where he listenes and respects other people’s opinions through various forms of meetings. In the early days of his assumption of duty the conducted series of meetings first with his Principal Officers, members of the Expanded Management Committee etc.


"Today as the General Manager Kaduna State Agricultural Development Agency, it is a thing of joy that you have introduced significant changes in the agency". 



This is an affirmation of the intellectual bulldozer that you are. An human development collossus, a foresight leader and an astute administrator.
