Muhammad Rili, others congratulate Gov Uba Sani on Supreme Court victory



The General Manager Kaduna State Agricultural Development Agency (KADA), Muhammad Rili, Comrade Musa Mohammed a chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kaduna state, and Hon. Ibrahim Muhammed, Special Assistant on Energy to the executive Governor of Kaduna state, have congratulated kaduna State governor, Senator Uba Sani, over his victory at the Supreme Court.



 In a press statement signed by Comrade Musa Mohammed,  congratulated Uba Sani after the Supreme Court on Friday affirmed his election as the governor of Kaduna state.



“We congratulates the Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, over his victory at the Supreme Court which upheld his election as the duly elected Governor of the State.
 


“The verdict of the Supreme Court, the highest court in our Country serves as the ultimate triumph of the Will of the people of kaduna State as expressed at the Polling Units, in their resolve to free their State from oppressive, retrogressive and anti-people forces.



“The judgment of the Supreme Court has further restored the confidence Nigerians repose in the institution of the Judiciary and the hope for the sustenance of democracy in our country.

“We commends the Supreme Court for its courage in upholding justice and reaffirming the saying that “the Judiciary is the last hope of the common man.


“Our great Party (APC) congratulates the good people of kaduna State and restate its charge to Governor Uba Sani to continue in his stride to reposition and rebuild the State in line with the people-oriented policies, programmes and manifesto of the APC.”




“Once again, I Comrade Musa Mohammed congratulate my friend and brother, Governor Uba Sani on his victory at the Supreme Court of Nigeria, today, as he was affirmed as the winner of 2023 Governorship elections in Kaduna State.


“I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors".

“The ruling affirming him as the rightful governor of Kaduna State is a victory for democracy and the will of the people.” Muhammad Rili said.

“Congratulations to Governor Uba Sani on his Supreme Court victory,” Hon. Ibrahim Muhammed said.

APC Crisis: There are heavy moves to oust Ganduje.

By Comrade Musa Mohammed  There are possiblity of  replacing Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the national chairman, the source fingered former governor of kogi State, Yahaya Bello.  The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressive Congress (APC), and aides of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu have moved to replace the national chairman of the party, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, with a former governor from the North-Central, a reliable source revealed. Reports gathered that the move by the presidential aides and associates of the president is aimed at altering the zoning of offices in the APC, which would see the national chairman of the party coming from the North-Central.
