GURI LOCAL GOV'T BOSS BAGS BEST PERFORMING LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN AWARD




The Executive Chairman of Guri Local Government Area of jigawa state Hon. Musa Shuaibu Guri says his administration is committed in providing desired projects to his people.

The chairman Musa Guri disclosed this when Arewa Media Practitioners paid him a courtesy visit and presentation of award of excellence.




The chairman disclosed to the visiting Journalists that his council has expanded about 90 million naira on the development of various infrastructures in the LGA.
He said his administration is committed in alleviating the sufferings of his people, that's why he is giving adequate attention on health, primary health facilities in Dagana village Head palace, Jumma'at mosque and construction of Guri District Head resident and office.

Hon. Musa Shuaibu Guri commended governor of jigawa state Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar for his dynamism in developing the state.






Earlier, the national president of Arewa Media Practitioners Comrade Musa Mohammed on his speech during the award presentation ceremony which took place on Wednesday at Guri local government, said Arewa Media Practitioners awarded Hon. Musa Guri for his invaluable recognition to good governance and outstanding role and contribution towards development of Guri local government area

The President said the award conferred on the Chairman, as the best and most recognised local government chairman in jigawa state and across all 19 northern States.

According to the National President, the awardnGURIBwere conferred on him to encourage him to do more for the people and also encourage him to remain focused, while he discharges his duties as leader of his local government.
