2027 Polls: Analyst Says Sadiq Mamman Lagos Key to APC’s Chances in Kaduna

By Comrade Musa Mohammed Moonlight  *KADUNA* – With the 2027 general elections approaching, the All Progressives Congress (APC) must address declining public confidence and internal rifts in Kaduna State, according to political commentator Comrade Musa Mohammed Moonlight. In a statement issued on Monday, Moonlight said the ruling party has “lost members and popularity,” citing insecurity, economic hardship, and the high cost of living as factors eroding voter trust. He added that several aggrieved members and supporters have left the party. “There's also a stand-off among APC stakeholders across Kaduna State,” Moonlight said. He, however, credited Hon. Sadiq Mamman Lagos, a Kaduna-based politician, with efforts to unify the party.
