SENATOR MAKARFI BAGS WEST AFRICA POLITICAL WRITERS ASSOCIATION AWARD



The former Senator and former Governor of kaduna state Senator Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi  Bags West Africa Political Writters Association award as “ICON OF POLITICAL STABILITY”

In view of what the organisers of the award described as the enviable massive contribution in the Nigerian Senate, kaduna north senatorial district, stability and nation building and development.

The leader of the WAPOWA delegations Comrade Musa Mohammed in his speech said Senator Makarfi during his tenure as senator up-grade his constituency, presented motions that brings about stability in Nigeria’s democracy. 

The Ag. President of the West Africa Political Writers said, Sen. Ahmed Makarfi has proven that he understands the meaning of democracy and the way it works.

The award was conferred on Senator Ahmed Makarfi on Friday, in Kaduna.



"The Senator in the recent years, made so many tremendous achievements in different capacity that he served kaduna state and the Nigeria’s community at large".

"The advisory board of the awards was unanimous in selecting Senator Makarfi for the award because of his sterling performance in the past and present years".

Responding after receiving the award, Senator Ahmed Makarfi expressed appreciation for the noble presentation by the West Africa Political Writers Association is laudable, and indeed an encouragement,  to justify further the award.

APC Crisis: There are heavy moves to oust Ganduje.
