Vice Chancellor ABU Zaria Bags Media Award




The Present leadership of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria has brought about rapid constructions and re-constructions of vital structures.


The Deputy Vice Chancellor Administration Professor Ahmed Doko disclosed this while responding on the award of excellence to the Vice Chancellor of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria Professor Kabiru Bala by Arewa Media Practitioners.

The deputy vice chancellor who received the award on behalf of the vice chancellor, said apart from the synergy between academic and non academic, the leadership has brought about fraternity between lectures and students.




He said the leadership has dismantled division in the University.

Earlier, the National President of the Arewa Media Practitioners Comrade Musa Mohammed said that  the vice chancellor Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Prof. Kabiru Bala deserves the award  bestowed on him by the Arewa Media Practitioners, as a result of his stewardship.

The president said that, Prof. Kabiru Bala have made so many tremendous achievements in improving good and quality education  in Ahmadu Bello University and Nigeria at large.

“He is among those who have distinguished themselves in their field of endeavour”.
