Sen. Uba Sani congratulates Emir of Zazzau on 2nd anniversary




Senator Uba Sani has felicitated with the Emir of Zazzau, Amb. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli on the 2nd anniversary of his ascension to the throne, saying his reign has brought development, sustainable peace, and rising honour for the emirate and the state as a whole.

The Emir marked his 2nd  anniversary of his coronation as the Emir of Zazzau. 



The Senator in a statement by Comrade Musa Mohammed, said “On behalf of the government, people of Kaduna central senatorial district and kaduna state, I congratulate His Royal Highness the Emir of Zazzau and the Chairman of the Kaduna State Council of chiefs Amb. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli on his 2nd year anniversary of his rise to the venerable throne of Zazzau.

“Zazzau under His Royal Highness has not only emerged as one of the most populous and fastest-growing metropolia in recent years, it has indeed been peaceful while recording appreciable impact. There is no denying the laudable contributions of His Royal Highness to these remarkable milestones. Indeed, his generosity and wise counsel are acknowledged by all.


“I, therefore, congratulate His Royal Highness on the 2nd anniversary of his ascension of the throne and pray Almighty Allah, who crowns all kings, to grant him a long, successful and enduring reign in good health. I also congratulate the entire Zazzau emirate on the anniversary of the Mai Martaba Sarki.”

Press Release  Driving Schools Unite Under DSAN-Kano in Kano State.  A significant milestone was achieved in the driving school sector in Kano State with the unanimous adoption of the Driving School Association of Nigeria (DSAN) - Kano.  This development follows a meeting of all proprietors of driving schools in the state, convened at Sayyara Driving School.The meeting, which took place on 10th August, 2025 at 2:00 pm, saw the participation of proprietors who collectively agreed to migrate their membership from different associations to DSAN.  This move is aimed at enhancing collaboration, standardizing driving instruction, and promoting road safety in the state.During the meeting, a new management team was elected to lead the association and oversee its activities. Taraba Correspondents' Chapel calls for the removal of Commissioner of Information, Zainab, boycott govt's activities

The Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Taraba state chapter, has passed a vote of no confidence in the state Commissioner for information and re-orientation, Barr. Zainab Usman Jalingo. In an emergency Congress meeting held at the chapel Secretariat in Jalingo, the union also resolved to boycott all Taraba state government activities henceforth. In the Congress resolution signed by the Resolution Drafting Committee chairman Mr Charles Akpeji, the union decried what they described as a neglect of journalists and the profession, sighting the commissioner's deliberate and continued sidelining of the press during major state functions.
