Hon. Muhammad Abubakar Mamadi Describe Sen. Uba Sani’s Victory at Tribunal as Resounding.






The Team Lead of TINUBU/UBASANI CAMPAIGN TEAM Kaduna State Rt. Hon. Muhammad Abubakar Mamadi    have congratulated Senator Uba Sani on his resounding victory at the governorship primary election Petition Tribunal.


Mamadi said, “The judgment of the tribunal has put a judicial seal on the mandate freely given to the Senator Uba Sani by the Kaduna APC delegates at the governorship primary election held in May 2022.
 
He urged the governatorial candidate to accept the affirmation of his election as a reminder of the confidence of people of Kaduna in his capacity to continue to lead kaduna state towards its manifest destiny of greatness if elected.

Hon. Mamadi said the people in Kaduna have great expectations from the Next Level Agenda of the President and further pledged the full cooperation of the National Assembly with the Executive in the pursuit of the best interest of the Nigerian people.


He applauded the judiciary, especially members of the tribunal, for doing its job without fear or favour.

He also felicitated with the entire members of the APC family in Kaduna for the victory.

He said: “I am elated to congratulate our governatorial candidate on his victory at the tribunal. 
I had no doubt whatsoever in my mind that Senator Uba Sani would come out victorious, considering the massive support the entire APC gave him before and during the governorship primary election held in May 2022.


Mamadi added that it was no surprise, therefore, that the petition of Hon. Sani Shaaban was torn to shreds and dismissed unanimously by election Petition Tribunal.

Taraba Correspondents' Chapel calls for the removal of Commissioner of Information, Zainab, boycott govt's activities

The Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Taraba state chapter, has passed a vote of no confidence in the state Commissioner for information and re-orientation, Barr. Zainab Usman Jalingo. In an emergency Congress meeting held at the chapel Secretariat in Jalingo, the union also resolved to boycott all Taraba state government activities henceforth. In the Congress resolution signed by the Resolution Drafting Committee chairman Mr Charles Akpeji, the union decried what they described as a neglect of journalists and the profession, sighting the commissioner's deliberate and continued sidelining of the press during major state functions. Fraud, Impunity: Allegations of Selling An Oil Pipeline Involving LG Council Boss, Others

By Our Correspondent An alarm was raised by concerned citizens of Ardo-Kola Local Government Area of Taraba State, alleging that some oil pipelines have been dug out illegally and sold by some individuals, including the current LG Council Chairman Hon. Isma'ila Zakari a.k.a Dangote. The group, which spoke to journalists under the condition of anonymity, made available some photographs of the pipelines, including a short video clip. They noted that the pipelines were linked up to Borno State and have been underground for many years. They accused the council chairman, Hon. Sama'ila Zakari, of conniving with some unpatriotic persons and selling some of the pipelines. The group called on the state government and the security operatives in the state to investigate the matter and bring the perpetrators to book.
