KOGI FIRST LADY, NEPAD NATIONAL COORDINATOR,OZEKHOME, ADEDOYIN, IMO LAW MAKER, OTHERS FOR HONORARY & FELLOWSHIP AWARD THIS WEEK



 Kogi State  First Lady Her Excellency  Hajiya  Rashida Yahaya Bello and two others including Jigawa FirstLady Her Excellency Hajiya Magajiya  Badaru Abubakar; and her Gombe State counterpart Her Excellency  Hajiya Asma'u Inuwa Yahaya are among the nominees billed for this year edition of Prowess University honorary award winners. The conferment ceremony will precede the 6th Annual Strategic Leadership Summit On Good Governance in Africa  which will hold this week at the University of Lagos.While the National
Coordinator of NEPAD, Princess Gloria Akobundu will be inducted as fellow of International Institute of Strategies & Development (FIISD), Chief Mike A. A. Ozekhome(SAN) will bag a honorary degree award in International Law & Diplomacy during the ceremony. The managing Director/CEO of Rice Ton Homes & Property ltd, Mr Rilwan Atiku and Chief Uche Anthony NZEKWE, CEO of U. U. Cheson Investments(WA) Ltd are expected to bag honorary degrees award in Business Administration for their exploits in the business worldworld through hard works and Transparency. Also nominated for the Prowess University award is the National President of Association of Motor Dealers of Nigeria, Prince Ajibola Adedoyin who is poised to make tremendous Impacts in the vehicle assembly industry in Nigeria to boost the business under the aegis of his association. 
Brigadier General Buba Marwa (rtd) Chairman of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and former Military Administrator of Lagos State is expected to attend the summit as special guest of honour and will bag the prestigious Leadtimes Africa Leadership Prize for Strategic National Development during the ceremony.This, according to Professor Buba S. Mshelia, Advisory Board Chairman of Leadtimes Africa magazine " is our little way of recognising excellence in quality service Delivery by a patriotic leader like Gen. Marwa, NDLEA Chairman who has distinguished himself in his war against illicit drugs trade in Nigeria ".Mr Stephen Amaechi Chinemelem,CEO of FEDAN Investment Ltd; and Chief Idowu Obasa, Chairman of Golden Chance Lotto are all listed for the honour.Mrs  Rhoda Agbeyo,CEO and Creative Director of Rhoda Michael Fashion Institute will bag the honorary doctorate in Business Administration. According to a press statement credited to Professor Prince Eze C. Nwuaba, African Representative of Prowess University, Delaware USA,' the three governors' wives of Kogi,Jigawa and Gombe have proved to be outstanding in quality service delivery in their respective states and also in the area of youth and women empowerment programs. It is at the backdrop of this that both of them will be conferred upon with Prowess University Honorary doctorate degree award this week in Lagos", the statement added.
The theme of this year's edition of the summit is titled: Sustaining the War on illicit Drug Trade in Africa through Good Governance in Leadership - panacea for sustainable Growth and Development in Nigeria. The programme is powered and packaged by Leadtimes Africa Magazine in collaboration with  other professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Arts Professional (CIAP)  USA and the  International Institute of Strategies Development (IISD) in conjunction  with  Prowess University , Delaware USA, which is expected to confer honorary doctorate degree awards on few outstanding Personalities that  have lived above board in the leadership circle.
Others participants will be inducted as fellow of International institute of Strategies Development(FIISD) and fellow of Chartered Institute of Professionals ( FCIAP) respectively during the summit.
According to a press statement credited to Professor Prince Eze C. Nwauba, African Representative of Prowess University Delaware, USA, he stressed thus: "few selected Nigerians who have impacted positively on the people of their local communities and those that have stood tall in their professional career would be conferred upon with honorary doctorate degree of Prowess University, Delaware, USA. This is one of the biggest rewards and recognitions accorded  to men and women of excellence in service and leadership across the globe by the institution including Nigeria".
Other notable honorary awardees of the Prowess University billed for early December 2022 include Hon. Chief Paschal Okolie of IMO State House of Assembly; Olufunke T.Odeyemi, CEO of both Icon-prime limited and Beloved Home Health Care LIC, Baltimore, Maryland, USA. She is expected to bag honorary doctor in Public Health Care Administration; as Ms Obruche Vivian Onogoro will be decorated with honorary doctorate degree in Environmental Law and Sustainable Development. Mr Oloyede Olatunde,the Managing Director/CEO of Crystal Tee Square Limited,Lagos is listed for a honorary doctorate degree in Business Administration as
Engr. Ikenna Lazarus Igbochuba, CEO of First Property Hub profiles Limited will receive honorary doctorate degree award in Real Estate Development. Mr Adeyinka Adesope, CEO of Palton Morgan Homes limited will be honoured with doctorate degree in Business Administration as well as Mr Ibhazekholor Utomi Tomi who is the CEO of Anthomi Properties Nigeria limited who will bag the same award on Business Administration. An award of honorary doctorate degree in Entrepreneurship and business management will be conferred on Martina Amarachi Ononiwu while  Mrs Sowunmi Mojisola Oluyemisi will bag honorary doctorate degree award in Educational psychology and Management.
 Engr. (Mrs) Braimah Lara Sarat of National Inland Waterways  Authority and a Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers will be honored with both doctorate degree award in science also be inducted as fellow of International Institute of Strategies  Development(FIISD). Mr Bemigho Scott Emuakpor will decorated with honorary doctorate degree in Business Administration.
Also listed for honor is the CEO of Upper Level Ltd, Alhaji Shehu Mohammed,among few others. Nigerian former Ambassador to Spain Amb. Dr Chief Mrs  Susan Aderonke Folarin will also serve as Special guest at the occasion & will bag Leadtimes Africa magazine Strategic Leadership Award for her outstanding service in National development and her tremendous contributions to the civil service reforms in Ogun State as the immediate past Chairman of Ogun state Civil Service Commission.
It would be recalled that the First Lady of Kwara state, Her Excellency Amb. Dr Mrs Olufolake Abdulrazaq  and her Bayelsa state counterpart Her Excellency Amb. Dr Mrs Gloria Diri bagged honorary doctorate degree in Social Policy and Administration of the Prowess University,Delaware, USA in June and September 2022 respectively including a renowned legal icon and solicitor, Barr.Dr Alecander Utieyin Scott,among others.

Reports gathered that the move by the presidential aides and associates of the president is aimed at altering the zoning of offices in the APC, which would see the national chairman of the party coming from the North-Central.
