TULN Hails General Christopher Musa Gwabin’s Leadership, Commends Synergy with National Assembly and President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Security Vision
Abuja, Nigeria — October 2025
The Tinubu-Uba Leadership Network (TULN) has lauded the patriotic synergy between the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa Gwabin, and the National Assembly, describing it as a strong demonstration of unity, discipline, and visionary leadership driving Nigeria’s collective security renewal under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
In a statement jointly signed by Adeosun Olayinka, Public Relations Officer; Husseini Modibbo, Vice Chairman; and Emmanuel Bagu, Director of Strategy and Mobilization, TULN praised General Musa for his strategic collaboration with the legislature and for repositioning the Armed Forces as a beacon of national pride, cohesion, and professionalism.
The commendation followed the inauguration of key Defence Headquarters projects in Abuja, graced by the Speaker of the 10th House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Dr. Tajudeen Abbas, as Special Guest of Honour. The newly commissioned facilities include officers’ accommodations, the Niger Barracks Extension, and a link road connecting major military installations — reflecting a renewed commitment to modern infrastructure and troop welfare.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Abbas reaffirmed that Nigeria’s security challenges demand a holistic approach combining military strength with political will, community engagement, and social justice. He pledged the continued support of the National Assembly to the Tinubu administration’s efforts in modernizing the Armed Forces and ensuring adequate welfare for security personnel.
TULN emphasized that General Musa Gwabin’s leadership style has redefined civil-military collaboration, strengthened public confidence, and promoted synergy between security institutions and democratic institutions.
“General Christopher Musa is not only leading the Nigerian Armed Forces with courage and discipline, but also restoring a sense of national duty across service ranks. His inclusive leadership and partnership with the National Assembly and key state actors like Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State embody a renewed model of patriotism and governance synergy,”
the statement noted.
The Network further urged Nigerians to salute the selfless service and sacrifices of the nation’s Armed Forces, while supporting ongoing reforms aimed at consolidating peace and stability across the country.
“The Nigerian military, under General Musa, represents a new frontier of hope — one that values the lives of citizens, protects the unity of our nation, and aligns fully with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope vision and Governor Uba Sani’s SUSTAIN Agenda for inclusive security and development,”
TULN added.
TULN reaffirmed its total commitment to promoting national cohesion, intergovernmental cooperation, and citizen trust in the Armed Forces and other institutions of state, declaring that national patriotism must remain above partisan interest in this defining phase of Nigeria’s democratic journey.
