Comrade Musa Mohammed Moonlight has announced he's no longer writing for SAHARA REPORTERS due to a disputed report on armed groups attacking two churches in Kaduna, allegedly abducting 100 worshippers. The report, which claimed bandits stormed churches in Kurmi Wali, has been called false and fabricated by Moonlight, citing lack of fact-checking and bias.

The incident has sparked controversy, with some sources confirming abductions in Kaduna, but with varying numbers. Reverend John Hayab of the Christian Association of Nigeria reported 172 worshippers kidnapped, with 9 escaping, while police are still confirming details ¹ ².

SAHARA REPORTERS has faced criticism before for alleged misinformation and bias. The Nigerian Army has also dismissed reports from the outlet as "false and misleading" in the past.
